"Florida Springs" Villa is a beautiful new seven bedrooms, four and a half bathroom property situated on the magnificent Terra Verde resort, Kissimmee, (voted best community 2004).

The villa sleeps up to 16 people, is fully air conditioned and luxuriously furnished. There is a fantastic games room, private pool and spa also. We even included free local, national, & international telephone calls to most countries.

Other outstanding facilities on offer at the resort include high speed internet access, sauna, spa and full service reception desk

This superbly furnished home has all the facilities and amenities to guarantee your holiday is both relaxed and enjoyable. Included is our own superb fully screened swimming pool, spa and extended sun decking area. There is a large covered porch for those wishing to shelter from Florida's blazing sun. The pool area is southwest facing, ensuring evening sun, until dusk.

"The house was well furnished and very relaxing to stay here. We had 3 families with 2 kids each, and there was plenty of room. The heated pool and air hockey/pool table activity room was loved by the kids, they enjoyed that as much as they did the theme parks. We loved the house, and having rented two other houses in prior years, we have to say that this is by far the best house we ever rented. We would definitely look for this house again in the future! The kids were sad to leave and wanted to know when we could come back! Thanks for making this house available".
